The Department of Oncology at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Division of Medical Oncology, is accepting applications for a full-time academic Medical Oncologist position to begin July 1, 2026. The successful applicant will join a multidisciplinary cancer program and a team of Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and Radiation Oncologists at the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario. This position is to fill an existing vacancy within the University.
Qualified applicants will hold an MD degree (or equivalent), certification in Internal Medicine, with special competency in Medical Oncology/ Hematology (or equivalent). Additional Fellowship training beyond Royal College certification or additional post-graduate degrees would be advantageous. Candidates must be eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Preference will be given to those who either hold or are eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
