    The Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry (Schulich Medicine) at Western University (Western), London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St. Joseph’s Health Care London (St. Joseph’s) are seeking a Chair/Chief for the Department of Oncology. Together, the hospitals provide comprehensive care to a large and geographically extended population of approximately 1.6 million people across Southwestern Ontario, based at LHSC, the region’s designated lead cancer hospital.

    Health PEI is currently seeking a Hematologic Oncologist or a Medical Oncologist, with a strong interest in hematologic oncology, to join a multidisciplinary oncology team.

    The Prince Edward Island Cancer Treatment Centre is a small but modern medical and radiation oncology facility attached to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown. Services are also provided at a satellite centre in Summerside.

    There are three practicing Medical Oncologists and two Radiation Oncologists, supported by GP oncologists and a Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, there is a small clinical trials program.

    The successful candidate must have certification, or be deemed eligible for certification, by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada; and eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of PEI.

    The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency provides leadership in health promotion, early detection, treatment and research for cancer. The Cancer Agency operates two treatment centres: the Allan Blair Cancer Centre in Regina and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre.

    We are looking for a permanent full-time Medical Oncologist to join our collegial group of oncologists and hematologists working in the beautiful and diverse city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are dedicated to providing excellence for our oncology patients. The Saskatoon Cancer Centre provides comprehensive cancer care to those living in the central and northern parts of the province. The successful candidate will be flexible in managing all of the medical oncology solid tumor sites, and their clinic will be built upon site-specific guidelines. The successful candidate must be able to work in a multidisciplinary academic setting, and engage collaboratively with social work, dietitian, and nursing.  We have a strong clinical associate group who provide first call coverage. There are many opportunities for teaching and engagement with the College of Medicine, including at the undergraduate and graduate level. We have a strong clinical trial participation with NCIC.  There is additional opportunity to conduct quality improvement research and clinical trial participation.
