    The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency operates prevention and early detection programs, conducts innovative research and provides safe, patient and family-centred care at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre in Regina and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre.

    Our medical oncologists provide care as members of teams which include nurses, pharmacists, radiation therapists, oncologists, surgeons, social workers, volunteers and palliative care staff. Cancer care is extended to surrounding communities through the Community Oncology Program of Saskatchewan. Participation on clinical trials in collaboration with cooperative groups and industry is a major focus of activity for our oncologists. They are members of cooperative clinical trial groups as Alliance, NCIC CTG, and NRG. Our oncologists are also involved in teaching medical students and residents.

    We are looking for a locum medical oncologist in Regina with possibility of a permanent position.

    The Department of Oncology, Division of Medical Oncology at the Cross Cancer Institute (CCI), with Alberta Health Services is accepting applications for a Medical Oncologist.  The CCI is a free-standing integrated cancer treatment and research facility that functions as the tertiary oncology referral centre for Northern Alberta. It has a strong record of basic and translational research as well as clinical trial activity in oncology.

    We are seeking a full time Medical Oncologist/Chief of the Division of Medical Oncology, to be located at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, located in Sydney, NS. The Cape Breton Cancer Centre provides a range of oncology services including medical, radiation, gynecology, hematology and surgical consultation, treatment and follow up.  There would also be an opportunity to provide supervision, mentorship, and teaching of medical students and residents.


    Candidates must be RCPSC or eligibility for Royal College of Canada Certification, and current or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.

    Compensation is currently under an APP payment arrangement.

    The Department of Oncology, University of Calgary, Cancer Control Alberta, Alberta Health Services, Community Oncology in conjunction with Cumming School of Medicine, invite applications for a full-time clinician/clinician scientist within the discipline of Hematology and Hematological Malignancies at the Assistant Professor level. The successful applicant will become a member of a multidisciplinary cancer program located at the Jack Ady Cancer Centre (JACC) site in Lethbridge and Margery E.Yuill Cancer Centre site in Medicine Hat, and will join a team of Medical and Radiation Oncologists, Nurse Practitioners and medical support staff working in the South Zone.
