BC Cancer provides comprehensive cancer control for the people of British Columbia, and is part of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), which plans, manages and evaluates specialized health services with the BC health authorities to provide equitable and cost-effective health care for people throughout the province.

Qualifications & Renumeration
Applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and must have obtained their Fellowship in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology from the RCPSC (or hold an equivalent qualification) by the time of appointment. Applicants must meet the requirements of credentialing by the Medical Advisory Committee of the BC Cancer.

Medical staff are eligible for clinical appointment with the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. Salaried Physicians will receive competitive salary and benefits, access to dedicated immigration support as required, Professional Expense Allowance (PEA) and Special Education Research Program (SERP). Service contract options are also available.
