  Must be a medical student or undergraduate student for this category. Taxes are included.
• 04 - Associate Emeritus Member – $197.75
  To qualify for this category, you must be an Associate Emeritus Member of CAMO. Please use the email associated with your membership account. Taxes are included.
• 05 - Allied Health – $129.95
  To qualify for this category you must be a nurse, nurse practitioner, technician or physician assistants. *Please contact CAMO Office for registration code.
• 06 - Speaker/Abstract Judge
  This category is for speakers and abstract judges.
• 07 - Non Member Physician – $565.00
  Taxes are included. Fee includes all sessions on April 28, 2022.

  This category is for corporate representatives who have received complimentary registrations through their sponsorship.
